Buying or selling a home, vacation home, or investment property is an exciting and at times stressful experience. Terry’s laid back, calm, and thoughtful approach to problem solving is beneficial to her real estate practice and clients.
Terry’s former position as a teacher in Texas gave her years of experience listening to and handling the individual needs of many. She understands how important it is to develop a relationship with her clients based on trust, honesty, and mutual respect. Terry is also known for her loyalty and dependability.
Over the years, Terry’s real estate experience has involved her own dealings with construction and remodeling of investment properties and rentals with her husband in Texas, Oregon, and Hawaii. Her family has been involved in the real estate business as long as she can remember.
Terry is also an artist. Her watercolor and pen and ink art works show her incredible attention to detail. Terry loves hiking through the beautiful terrain of the area, kayaking on the river or small lakes nearby, photographing nature, horseback riding, and sailing. Her other interests are researching her family genealogy, writing, meditation, reiki, yoga, and playing her guitar.
Terry is currently in an inactive status with her real estate license due to family issues.
